School Fundraiser
We are offering a free Will service in return for a donation to your school fund. Any parent or teacher can use this service to get a legally binding professionally written Will. Once you have clicked on one of the options below we will set up a consultation with one of our professional team to discuss your wishes and have your Will drafted.
The Facts
- Over 70% of parents with children under the age of 18 do not have a Will.
- A Will is the only place you can legally name guardians, without this they will be handled by social services.
- Without a Will your assets could be locked down or controlled by someone else.
- If you are not married then your partner may not inherit anything.
- If you are married your spouse doesn’t automatically inherit everything.
How it works
- Simply fill in the form below and we will contact you to book in your consultation.
- All consultations are carried out over the phone.
- Once we have have your instructions we will send you a summary to approve before posting out hard copies to sign.
- Once you have confirmed your summary, please ensure you make a donation directly to the school.
- The service must be completed within 4 weeks of our initial contact with you.

- All Wills produced are written by S.T.E.P. qualified SRA regulated solicitors and protected with £2 million of insurance.
